Our supply chain management service is particularly relevant where we assemble sub-systems and acquire outsourced materials and services.

AS.G supply chain management includes all aspects of, design, demand forecasting, project planning, programme control, materials procurement, outsourced services, assemblies, risk management, conformance paperwork and logistics to ensure that the final components are completed in-full, on-time and within cost. 

Each operating business within AS.G handles their own SCM requirements, however, where there are larger projects that require the involvement of a number of group companies and a variety of outsourced materials and services we centralise the SCM service under a single point of responsibility and contact to ensure that all aspects of the project are professionally managed.
